About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Supervisor to manage daily human resources operations at our manufacturing factory and support business development. The ideal candidate should have solid HR management experience, excellent people management capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese with Chinese management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and workforce management plans

• Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations

• Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian labour laws and company policies

• Lead and develop the local HR team to enhance HR operational efficiency

• Work closely with department heads to resolve employee-related issues and meet organisational needs

• Communicate HR matters in Chinese with Chinese management, report on work progress, and coordinate accordingly

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR management, management, psychology, law, or related field

• At least 5 years of HR-related work experience; background in manufacturing, industrial, or chemical industries is preferred

• Experience managing HR teams and coordinating across departments

• Familiarity with Indonesian labour regulations and HR practices

• Strong Chinese language proficiency for workplace use, able to discuss HR matters and report to Chinese management

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

• Willingness to work at IMIP Industrial Park in Morowali, Central Sulawesi
