About the role

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mandarin Speakers to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. Based in North Jakarta, this position plays a vital role in supporting our e-commerce, consumer electronics, and retail operations. Whether you are a beginner or experienced professional, we welcome applications from candidates at all levels. Your fluency in Mandarin will be instrumental in bridging communication gaps, supporting customer interactions, and facilitating smooth operations across our dynamic business units.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to e-commerce, consumer electronics, and retail teams

• Communicating effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and team members

• Translating and localising business documents, emails, and communications as needed

• Assisting with order processing, customer inquiries, and complaint resolution

• Maintaining accurate records and databases related to retail and e-commerce operations

• Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication

• Supporting the organisation of meetings, events, and promotional activities

• Performing general administrative duties including filing, scheduling, and data entry

What we're looking for

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) at a conversational level or above

• Proficiency in English at a professional level for written and verbal communication

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and retail operations is a plus

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems

• Professional demeanour and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
