Mandarin Speaker Senior Project Manager (Tech, Annotation,Telemarketing)

1. Manage multiple business functions and oversee management teams across different operational levels, including project management, team leaders, supervisors, and training personnel.

2. Implement a structured performance management framework, monitor daily operational results, and ensure teams consistently meet established performance targets.

3. Coordinate with the Marketing team to align promotional activities, seasonal sales campaigns, and new product introductions with operational strategies and business objectives.

4. Establish standardized service procedures and develop performance measurement systems tailored to different service levels, including general customer support and premium customer segments.

5. Drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities, developing alternative sales channels, and securing new client projects from initial assessment through early-stage negotiations.

6. Prepare annual business performance evaluations, operational reports, and strategic plans for the upcoming year, presenting key findings and recommendations to senior management.
