Manager Warehouse & Expedition

• Lead and oversee all Warehouse & Expedition activities to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods from receiving to delivery.
• Develop strategies and work plans to ensure the availability, accuracy, and security of inventory.
• Optimize warehouse capacity, resource utilization, and operational costs in line with company targets.
• Ensure distribution and delivery processes are completed on time and in accordance with quantity, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory, stock movements, and stock opname results to ensure data accuracy.
• Establish and evaluate Warehouse & Expedition KPIs and ensure continuous achievement of operational targets.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop the team to improve productivity, discipline, and work effectiveness.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with company SOPs, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience with prior experience in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
• Proven experience managing stock accuracy, warehouse capacity, delivery performance, and operational costs.
• Ability to develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service levels across warehouse and expedition operations.
• Strong capabilities in planning, monitoring, budgeting, and performance management.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and establish effective coordination with SCM, Purchasing, Finance, Production, and external parties.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
