Manager Operational

Havanna Family Reflexology is looking for an experienced Operational Manager to lead and oversee our multi-branch operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all outlets, maintaining consistent service standards, improving branch performance, and driving operational efficiency. We are looking for a leader who can translate business objectives into effective execution, strengthen operational systems, and build a culture of accountability across teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Proven experience in multi-branch operations management.

• Experience in hospitality, wellness, retail services, clinics, or spa businesses is preferred.

• Strong understanding of operational controls, SOP implementation, service quality, manpower productivity, and cost efficiency.

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Able to make data-driven decisions and ensure consistent execution across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all branches and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Monitor branch performance and lead operational improvement initiatives.

• Maintain service quality and customer experience across all outlets.

• Ensure operational readiness, manpower effectiveness, and facility availability.

• Review operational reports, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to support business targets and operational needs.
