Manager Operasional

About the role

Oversee, control, and ensure all daily operational activities of the company run effectively, efficiently, and in line with targets. Manage operational financial administration, tax compliance, and internal budget preparation. Develop, evaluate, and optimize SOPs to improve team productivity. Coordinate logistics and inventory needs, and maintain good relationships with external parties and vendors. Prepare periodic operational and financial performance reports for submission to the Board of Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and optimize SOPs to improve team productivity

• Coordinate logistics and inventory needs and maintain relationships with external parties and vendors

• Prepare periodic operational and financial performance reports for the Board of Directors

About you

• Minimum S1 education (Accounting or Taxation graduates preferred)

• Brevet A & B certification required

• Experience in operational or managerial positions in the same field preferred (open to mid-level candidates ready for advancement)

• Active driving license (SIM A) preferred for operational mobility

• Understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, financial reporting, and Indonesian tax regulations

• Strong leadership, assertiveness, and communication skills

• Quick problem-solving ability based on data

• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure
