Manager Operasional

About the role

This is an Operational Manager position responsible for overseeing outlet operations, achieving sales targets, and managing team performance in accordance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets determined by the company

• Create promotional programs and marketing activities

• Identify business opportunities and organize events

• Perform management functions including planning, leadership, organization, and supervision

• Take full responsibility for outlet operations and service quality

• Manage personnel functions including recruitment, training and development, and employee performance evaluation

• Ensure all divisions work according to company standards

• Build and maintain relationships with external parties, government, and the surrounding community

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Operational Manager

• Experience in Executive Karaoke is preferred

• Able to work in shifts

• Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

• Leadership qualities and ability to manage teams

• Honest with high integrity

• Strong communication skills

• Target-driven work approach

• Willing to travel for official duties and attend out-of-town training
