About the role

This role involves managing outlet operations and leading a team in the Executive Karaoke or Lounge & Bar industry, with responsibility for achieving sales targets, developing marketing programs, and ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the company

• Create promotional programs and marketing activities

• Identify business opportunities and organize events

• Perform management functions including planning, leadership, organization, and supervision

• Take full responsibility for outlet operations and service quality

• Manage personnel functions including recruitment, training and development, and performance evaluation

• Ensure all divisions work according to company standards

• Build and maintain relationships with external parties including government and local community

About you

• Bachelor's degree (any major)

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Supervisor in Executive Karaoke or Lounge & Bar

• Able to work in shifts

• Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Leadership qualities and ability to manage teams

• Honest, communicative, and high integrity

• Target-driven work approach

• Willing to travel for official duties and attend training outside the city
