Manager Finance, Accounting, and Tax

About the role

The Junior Manager Finance & IT supports the Manager Finance & IT in leading and developing all finance and IT functions at the national level, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, managing P&L, budgeting and cashflow, and preparing cadres for the Manager Finance & IT position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire Finance & IT team at national level (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Staff)

• Ensure all accounting and bookkeeping processes run accurately and on time

• Prepare consolidated financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) for management

• Manage the annual budgeting process and revisions

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and timely reporting

• Manage national cash flow

• Analyze operational costs and profitability for national efficiency recommendations

• Coordinate with other departments for budgeting and realization

• Manage internal and external audit processes (external auditors, BPK, tax)

• Ensure completeness of financial documents for due diligence purposes (acquisitions)

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Economics (S2 preferred)

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, with minimum 2-3 years at Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor level
