Finance Administration Tax Manager

About the role

Lead finance, accounting, cash & bank management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. Coordinate internal and external audits and internal controls. Supervise general administration, legal compliance, payroll, and BPJS. Lead and develop finance, administration, and tax teams. Ensure timely tax payments and reporting (PPh, PPN, SPT Tahunan) including through Coretax DJP. Prepare fiscal reconciliation and legal tax planning. Handle tax inspections, SP2DK, objections, and appeals. Review contracts and transactions from a tax perspective and monitor latest regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting, cash & bank, AP/AR, and financial statement preparation

• Prepare budget, forecast, and monitor cash flow

• Coordinate internal and external audits and internal controls

• Oversee general administration, legal compliance, payroll, and BPJS

• Lead and develop finance, administration, and tax teams

• Ensure timely tax payments and reporting (PPh, PPN, SPT Tahunan) through Coretax DJP

• Prepare fiscal reconciliation and legal tax planning

• Handle tax inspections, SP2DK, objections, and appeals

• Review contracts and transactions from a tax perspective

• Monitor latest tax regulations

About you

• S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation

• Minimum 7 years experience in finance, accounting, and taxation

• Minimum 3 years experience as supervisor/manager

• Proficient in PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot

• Skilled in accounting software/ERP and Microsoft Excel

• Experience handling tax inspections

• Tax Certificate A, B, C or equivalent (USKP / Tax Consultant)

• Analytical, detail-oriented, integrity-driven, and capable of leading teams

• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
