Management Trainee – Sales Engineer Program

Job Overview:
As a Management Trainee – Sales Engineer, you will gain comprehensive exposure to technical sales, product knowledge, customer management, and business development. Selected candidates will undergo intensive training, field assignments, customer visits, and cross-functional learning to build strong technical, commercial, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
· Participate in a structured Management Trainee program focused on Sales Engineering and Business Development
· Learn and understand company products, technical solutions, and industrial applications
· Support Sales Engineers in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate technical solutions
· Assist in preparing quotations, technical proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents
· Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and field assignments as required
· Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners
· Support market research, customer prospecting, and business development activities
· Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and other departments to ensure effective customer solutions
· Analyze customer requirements and contribute to solving technical and commercial challenges
· Participate in continuous improvement and business development initiatives
· Demonstrate leadership potential and readiness for future Sales Engineer or supervisory roles

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, internship or relevant project experience is an advantage
· Strong interest in Technical Sales, Business Development, and Engineering Solutions
· Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
· Proactive, target-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
· Possess a valid SIM A
· Willing to be assigned to all regions across Indonesia
· Good command of English is an advantage
· Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, conveyor systems, material handling, mining, or industrial equipment is a plus
