Management Trainee - Key Account Manager

About the role

This is a structured rotation program across various departments to gain hands-on exposure to the company's end-to-end business processes. You will learn and understand different business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Operations, and other relevant areas.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation across various departments

• Assist Directors in coordinating with project teams, principals, clients, and other key stakeholders

• Act as a liaison between Directors and relevant teams to ensure smooth communication, coordination, and follow-up

• Support business projects, strategic initiatives, meetings, presentations, and other management activities

• Monitor project progress and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely execution

• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, technical solutions, projects, and business processes

• Take on increasing responsibilities based on performance, business needs, and individual strengths

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of work experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and comfortable interacting with senior management and external stakeholders

• Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills

• Able to adapt quickly and work across different functions

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Willing to travel for business activities when required
