Management Trainee

Requirements:

• Local or international graduates form reputable university, majoring in marketing / pemasaran digital marketing, public relations, design communication visual (DKV), communications / ilmu komunikasi studies/ business/ entrepreneurship / human resource / . – Other than these studies please don’t apply, except you have experience in handling E-commerce ( Tokopedia/ Shopee/ TikTokshop)- as seller.

• Interest in beauty industry or new product development.

• Strong written and spoken in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.

• Honest, hardworking, initiative, discipline , positive attitude, fast learner, adapt easily.

• Able to work under pressure and willing to overtime if needed.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to drive effective collaborations and healthy relationship with various stakeholders.

• Sharp attention to detail to increase productivity and reduce the likelihood of errors.

• Excellent planning and organizational abilities to ensure the company is on track to achieve its goals. 

• Full time work from office in Alam Sutera- Tangerang.
  

Job Descriptions:

• Handle multiple functions across the company, including : marketing, digital marketing, general affairs, HR administration, basic legal administration, social media management, content creation, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, or accounting and finance.

• Learn mastery and understand all company process.

• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making

• Develop managerial and technical competency.

• Support superior in various task like prepare report, presentation, analized data, administrative, survey that needed by company.

• Participate in brainstorming for company strategic planning.
