Operations and Maintenance Manager

1. Willing to work 7x24-hour on-site rotating shifts, including night shifts; respond to emergency incidents immediately when called; leaving the post without authorization is strictly prohibited.

2. Rigorous in work; good at keeping documentation records for work, assets, and faults.

3. Good communication skills; able to liaise with second-line support, the data center operator, and the client (Party A), and synchronize work information in a timely manner.

4. Strong sense of responsibility; strictly follow work order authorization and comply with confidentiality requirements.

5. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, networking, or communication-related majors (including bachelor's degree); experience in on-site operation and maintenance of computing centers or IDCs is preferred.
