Maintain & Project Supervisor

About the role

Pemedal Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Maintain & Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Nusa Lembongan, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous development of our resort facilities. As Maintain & Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing both routine maintenance operations and capital improvement projects, ensuring our resort maintains the highest standards of quality, safety and guest satisfaction. This role is based on-site at our Nusa Lembongan location and offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team whilst managing diverse construction and maintenance activities across our resort property.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee construction and renovation projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards

• Supervise daily construction work on-site in accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications.

• Monitor work progress and ensure the project adheres to the established timeline and schedule.

• Coordinate effectively with the project management team.

• Enforce strict safety protocols (HSE/K3) to maintain a safe working environment on-site.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports regarding site activities and material usage.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or lower in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 1 years of proven working experience as a Civil Supervisor or Site Inspector in building construction, fresh graduated are wellcome

• Strong ability to read and interpret construction and structural drawings.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and basic project scheduling tools (Microsoft Office / MS Project).

• Good command of English (both written and spoken) is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Willing to be placed at project sites.
