Qualifications Loker Sales Supervisor Semarang di PT Dima Indonesia (Dima Group)

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as Sales Supervisor, preferably in the FMCG/Alcohol industry.
• Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives. 
• Understanding of market dynamics and trends within the MT/GT sectors.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the GT/GT segment.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share, increase sales volume, and meet or exceed business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change effectively.
• Work Location: Semarang
