Logistics & Projects Specialist

About the role

We are looking for 2 Logistics & Project Specialists to join our team. The roles will focus on logistics and warehouse operations, WMS/TMS system management, project implementation, and continuous process improvement. Candidates will be considered for responsibilities based on their experience and expertise, covering both logistics operations and logistics system/project management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation scheduling, warehouse management, and logistics system operations.

• Support the planning, development, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• Coordinate system integration initiatives related to logistics digitalization, automation, and intelligent warehouse operations.

• Monitor logistics operations, coordinate the resolution of operational and system-related issues, and ensure timely follow-up until closure.

• Coordinate with third-party warehouse providers and logistics service providers to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with requirements.

• Analyze customer logistics requirements, develop logistics solutions, and support customer meetings, complaint handling, and service improvement.

• Monitor logistics costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-reduction initiatives.

• Conduct market research on local third-party warehouse providers and manage supplier KPIs and improvement plans.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support logistics projects, improve operational processes, and achieve business objectives.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.

• Experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, logistics systems, project management, or process improvement is preferred.

• Familiarity with WMS and TMS platforms, logistics system implementation, or system integration is an advantage.

• Basic programming knowledge and experience with relevant technical tools are preferred, particularly for system-related responsibilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.

• Good communication, coordination, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Good command of English as a working language; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
