Logistic Planning & Operations Staff

Qualification:

• Experience: 1 - 3 years of working experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1 / D4).

• Major: Open to any major (All backgrounds are welcome to apply).

• Hard Skills:

  • Strong expertise in transportation management, distribution routing, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Solid analytical skills regarding cost structures, COGM, and operational cost management.

  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, logical formulas) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight operational targets.

Job Description:

1. Logistic Direct Operations: Manage and control the end-to-end flow of products from the manufacturing plant to the end consumers, encompassing Warehouse, Transportation, Distribution, and Inventory Management to ensure high efficiency.

2. Transportation & Cost Management: Design, implement, and analyze transportation strategies as well as operational cost usage to optimize budget effectiveness. Conduct cost calculations and analysis related to COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured) and logistics cost structures.

3. Logistic Flow & Cargo Pricing: Analyze supply chain flow strategies and determine appropriate pricing models for cargo services and operational transit.

4. Warehouse Management & International Trade: Oversee, control, and evaluate warehouse activities and productivity, while supporting international trade programs when required.

5. People Development: Drive continuous learning, coaching, and development processes to enhance team performance and overall workforce productivity.
