Local Store Marketing / Sales Hunter Semarang

About the role

This role combines sales hunting (70%) to create new sales outside the store and corporate/institutional business development, with local store marketing (30%) to increase store traffic and sales through local marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt new clients from corporate and institutional sectors: companies, schools, universities, banks, hospitals, government for hampers, snack boxes, birthday orders, and events

• Conduct canvassing and visit minimum 15-20 prospects per week

• Create client database and conduct routine follow-ups

• Handle corporate order requests, quotations, and product samples

• Collaborate with wedding organisers, event organisers, community groups, mothers' associations, savings groups, religious gatherings, and hobby communities

• Actively search for events around the store (bazaars, exhibitions, car free days)

• Offer office subscription programs and daily snack meeting services

• Create monthly local store marketing calendar

• Execute distribution of brochures and flyers within 3km radius of store (residential areas, shop houses, schools)

• Manage online visibility partnerships with ride-sharing services and neighbouring tenants

• Manage store Instagram and Google Business accounts (posting, stories, reviews)

• Create reports on competitor activities in the area (cake shops, local bakeries)

• Support product sampling activities in busy areas
