As a Live Streaming Lead, you will:

• Overseeing the end-to-end execution of live streaming sessions from preparation and coordination to post-event reporting
• Maintains quality and consistency aligned with the brand’s production standards
• Prepare necessary properties, sets, and product displays ahead of each session.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on performance data.
• Maintain and submit freelance payment recaps for hosts and operators accurately and on time.

Persyaratan

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in leading live streaming production or similar roles.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with experience managing teams.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and dashboards (e.g., TikTok, Shopee Live).
• Skilled in managing teams and coordinating multiple live sessions simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or campaign nights.
