Legal Supervisor / Legal Manager

PT Citatah Tbk is looking for an experienced Legal Supervisor / Legal Manager to join our Legal Department, based in South Jakarta.

This position will be responsible for managing legal matters and supporting the Company's corporate, commercial, and mining activities, while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance as a publicly listed company (Tbk).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Company's day-to-day legal matters.

• Provide practical legal advice to management and business units on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.

• Manage and monitor corporate licenses, business permits and regulatory requirements, including validity, renewal and compliance.

• Handle and monitor mining-related licenses, permits and regulatory requirements applicable to the Company's operations.

• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, mining, environmental and other relevant Indonesian regulations.

• Support legal and regulatory matters relating to the Company's status as a publicly listed company (Tbk), including applicable OJK, IDX and capital market requirements.

• Understand and support Tbk corporate reporting, disclosures and regulatory submission requirements, in coordination with relevant departments and advisors.

• Manage legal disputes, claims and litigation, including coordination with external legal counsel when required.

• Identify and manage legal risks arising from contracts, projects, business activities and operations.

• Support corporate governance, corporate actions and the maintenance of statutory and legal records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum) or equivalent.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Strong experience in corporate and commercial law, contracts, compliance, and legal risk management.

• Good practical understanding of corporate licensing and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in mining-related licenses, permits and regulatory compliance is strongly preferred.

• Good understanding of public company (Tbk) legal requirements, including OJK, IDX, and capital market regulations and reporting obligations.

• Experience supporting corporate governance, corporate actions, and Tbk reporting/disclosures is preferred.

• Previous experience supervising or managing a legal team is preferred.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Practical and business-minded, with the ability to provide clear and commercially appropriate legal solutions.

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with management, government authorities, regulators, external legal counsel and other stakeholders.
