Legal Officer - Real Estate Transactions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal due diligence on land titles, permits, zoning, and PT PMA documents.

• Draft, review, and negotiate bilingual property transaction agreements, including PPJB/SPA, lease, share transfer, MoU/LoI, and NDAs.

• Coordinate with notaries/PPAT, BPN, Finance, Legal, and Business Development throughout transactions and closing.

• Identify legal risks and prepare due diligence reports with recommended mitigation.

• Provide legal support to Sales and Business Development on property transactions and foreign ownership matters.

• Ensure compliance with brokerage licensing, KYC/AML, and applicable property regulations.

• Maintain transaction records, legal templates, and regular reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a notary/PPAT office, property law firm, or developer.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian land law and property transactions.

• Experienced in legal due diligence and bilingual contract drafting/review.

• Familiar with BPN, OSS/NIB, KBLI, AHU, PBG/SLF/IMB, and PT PMA documentation.

• Knowledge of KYC/AML and PPATK requirements is a plus.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Indonesian citizen (WNI) and willing to travel across Bali.
