Legal & Contract Manager

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Law or or a related field is an advantage.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in legal and contract management, or related roles, preferably handling engineering project contracts in the Oil & Gas, EPC, energy, or construction project.

• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, review, negotiation, and administration.

• Experience handling Joint Operation (JO), Kerja Sama Operasi (KSO), and/or Joint Venture (JV) agreements.

• Familiar with claims, variations/change orders, disputes, and contract risk management.

• Able to identify contractual risks and provide practical legal/commercial advice.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to work full-time at our Head Office in Jakarta
