Legal Analyst (Perlindungan Data Pribadi)

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Law.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, ISO/Document Control, or related fields.

• Familiar with Perlindungan Data Pribadi (PDP) law and Government Regulation No. 33/2026.

• Understand regulatory compliance, regulatory mapping, gap assessment, and SOP/policy development.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Jobdesc:

• Coordinate PDP implementation with Operations, Legal, IT Security, IT, and HC.

• Maintain data mapping, gap analysis, remediation trackers, and progress reports.

• Prepare and maintain PDP procedures, work instructions, forms, ROPA, and audit documentation.

• Identify compliance gaps and follow up on required corrective actions.

• Support PDP assessments, audits, awareness, and training activities.
