Leasing Sales Supervisor – EV Motorbike Rental

About the Role

We run a fast-growing electric two-wheeler rental business in Jakarta, and we are looking for someone to take ownership of our day-to-day sales operation. You will be the person who turns incoming enquiries into signed rentals, and who builds the team and the playbook behind it.

What You Will Do

- Own the full sales pipeline: receive and qualify inbound leads, follow them up, and convert them into rental customers.

- Lead, coach and schedule a small front-line sales team; set daily targets and review results together.

- Build and refine our sales SOPs (scripts, follow-up cadence, handover, after-rental support) and keep improving them with data.

- Coordinate back-office and logistics support such as vehicle handover, documentation and payments, so customers get a smooth experience.

- Track sales performance against KPIs and report directly to the owner.

- Watch competitor pricing and promotions in the Jakarta rental market and suggest adjustments.

What We Are Looking For

- Diploma (D1) or higher; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

- Fluency in English or Chinese is a must; you will use it every day. Indonesian is assumed.

- Background in sales, leasing, customer service or business development. Vehicle, motorbike, logistics or rental industry experience is a bonus.

- Comfortable with non-standard working hours when the business needs it.

- Hands-on, target-driven, and happy building processes from scratch.
