Area Sales Supervisor

About the role

A Sales Supervisor role focused on identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining existing account relationships, and monitoring market dynamics in the pet food or FMCG sector.

Job Description:

• Identify and acquire new customers/accounts through area mapping and prospecting.

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing accounts.

• Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales Supervisor role.

• Experience in Pet Food industry or FMCG is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with expertise in leadership, partnership building, negotiation, and presentation.

• Strong market knowledge.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Willing to be placed in Tangerang Area.
