KOL Specialist

About the role

This role involves identifying and selecting KOLs/influencers aligned with target audience and campaign needs, conducting research and sourcing creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms, and managing the approach, negotiation, briefing, and coordination process with KOLs. You will ensure KOL content aligns with briefs, timelines, and campaign requirements, monitor and evaluate KOL campaign performance, collaborate with the team on content and campaign brainstorming, and support event execution, exhibitions, and offline brand activation as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and select KOLs/influencers suitable for target audience and campaign needs

• Conduct research and source creators on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms

• Handle approach, negotiation, briefing, and coordination processes with KOLs

• Ensure KOL content aligns with brief, timeline, and campaign requirements

• Monitor and evaluate KOL campaign performance

• Collaborate with team for content and campaign brainstorming

• Support event execution, exhibitions, and offline brand activation when needed

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 graduates preferred

• Understanding of KOL, influencer, and social media developments, particularly TikTok and Instagram

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented, communicative, and capable of effective coordination and follow-up

• Understanding of basic social media/KOL performance metrics is a plus

• Existing KOL or creator database/network is a plus

• Experience handling KOL campaigns, particularly in FMCG, food, or lifestyle sectors, is an advantage
