KOL & Affiliate Specialist (GEIA & DRGS SKIN)

About the role

Develop awareness, traffic, and sales for GEIA & DRGS through KOL, creator, affiliate, product seeding, and UGC strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and approach KOLs/creators suitable for each brand

• Manage affiliate programs for GEIA & DRGS

• Conduct product seeding and barter collaboration

• Handle negotiation, SOW, timeline, and deliverables with KOLs

• Create and send campaign/content briefs

• Monitor uploads and ensure deliverables align with agreements

• Collect UGC/KOL content for brand needs

• Monitor KOL and affiliate performance

• Create reports on reach, engagement, traffic, sales, and collaboration ROI

• Maintain relationships with potential creators for long-term collaboration

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or related field

• Experience as KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or similar position is a plus

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Affiliate, and TikTok Affiliate

• Understand KOL sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, and reporting processes

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Up-to-date with social media trends, creators, and influencers

• Able to research and select KOLs/creators suitable for target audience and brand image

• Experienced managing multiple creators/campaigns simultaneously with targets

• Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, with strong follow-up capabilities

• Understand basic performance metrics such as views, engagement, traffic, conversion, and affiliate sales
