Key Account Manager: Kelapa Gading Branch

One of the key frontliners in delivering excellent customer service at Asuransi Astra is the Account Manager, whose main responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Asuransi Astra’s preferred customers.
• Identifying and analyzing business opportunities to acquire new accounts and secure policy renewals.
• Achieving and exceeding the targets that have been set.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Industrial Engineering or Communication Studies.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing or sales, particularly in handling VIP customers or key accounts, will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrated initiative and a strong drive to exceed assigned targets.
• Willing to be based at the Kelapa Gading branch office.
• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A) and be able to drive a car.
