About the role

Kepala Toko (Store Head) responsible for managing retail store operations and leading the team at the Mataram location.

Key responsibilities

• Manage store operations and oversee team performance

• Handle stock management, stock opname, administration, and sales reporting

• Focus on customer service and achievement of targets

• Work shift systems, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs

About you

• Maximum age 35 years

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail, preferably as Kepala Toko, Supervisor, or Assistant Store Manager

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Honest, disciplined, firm, responsible, and with high integrity

• Willing to work shift systems, weekends, or holidays as needed for operational requirements
