About the role

Supervise and monitor ready mix concrete production operations to meet daily targets and company quality standards. Coordinate material composition, quality control testing, concrete delivery logistics, and routine equipment maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor ready mix concrete production operations to meet daily targets and company quality standards

• Arrange and inspect material composition (cement, aggregate, water, and admixture) based on predetermined mix design

• Conduct quality control testing on incoming materials and concrete production results (such as slump testing and concrete compressive strength)

• Coordinate concrete delivery with logistics team and mixer truck fleet to ensure timely arrival at project sites

• Ensure routine maintenance of batching plant machinery with the team

About you

• Minimum S1 or D3 qualification in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in batching plant operations or ready mix/precast concrete production

• Understanding of concrete characteristics, mix design, and laboratory testing of construction materials

• Ability to read technical drawings and operate computerised batching plant control systems (manual/automatic)

• Strong leadership, communication skills, and decisiveness in field decision-making
