Junior Social Media Operations (Yogyakarta)

Tanggung jawab

• Upload and publish short-video content across managed social media accounts according to the content calendar
• Check content details (quality, captions, hashtags, tags, thumbnail, links) and conduct pre-upload compliance checks (copyright, IP/trademark, guideline violations, etc.)
• Monitor and respond to comments using approved brand guidelines, escalating sensitive comments or questions that require official brand confirmation as needed
• Track content performance (views, engagement, likes, comments) and maintain a consolidated tracker
• Prepare monthly performance and compliance reports for the client

Persyaratan

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Have experience in social media management (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome)
• Familiar with major social media platforms and basic content compliance principles
• Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and Google Slides for tracking and reporting
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under consistent deadlines
• Willing to work under a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 2x onsite per week (Sleman, Yogykarta)
