Junior Project Manager – CFL SEA Tournaments

About the role

You will help deliver CFL SEA tournaments accurately and on schedule, supporting the competitive CrossFire ecosystem in Southeast Asia from community events up to Tier-1 league play.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and milestones

• Follow up on schedules, registrations, rosters, rule confirmations, match rooms, referees, and match-day setup

• Handle day-to-day communication with teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Track execution requirements: owners, deadlines, and completion status

• Support vendor coordination, including meeting notes, revisions, deliverables, and deadlines

• Run tournament-day operations: team check-in, match flow, on-site coordination, and issue escalation

• Keep tournament documentation up to date: checklists, contact lists, schedules, team info, meeting notes, and issue logs

• Contribute to post-event reviews and operational debriefs

• Support offline, regional, and cross-border events as needed

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in esports tournaments, event operations, or project coordination

• Tournament, team, or event ops background preferred

• Working knowledge of esports tournament workflows and terminology

• Strong execution, attention to detail, and time management

• Able to juggle multiple tasks and follow up without being chased

• Clear communicator with teams, vendors, and internal teams

• Bahasa Indonesia native and English as a working language

• FPS and/or mobile esports experience is a plus

• Willing to work evenings and weekends during tournament periods, and to travel when required
