Junior Inbound & Inventory Executive

Tanggung jawab

• Inbound monitoring, both from distributor or principal and customer.
• Monitor stock or cycle counting performances, including low-quality or expired bad stock.
• Gather evaluation data or report.
• Implement the existing operational policies or procedures.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve operational issues or complaints on a daily basis.
• Assist in the implementation of improvements.

Persyaratan

• Hold at least a High School certificate (SMA/SMK), a Diploma, or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Possess a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a related field.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Display meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Maintain a strong sense of personal integrity and a positive attitude towards others.
• Show a self-driven, highly intuitive approach and collaborate effectively as a team player with a results-orientated mindset.
• Adapt readily to flexible working hours and show a keen eagerness to learn new skills.
• Commit to working on-site at SIRCLO’s Jabodetabek warehouse.
