Jr. Project Manager (Online Assessment)

About the role

We are seeking a Jr. Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of client online assessment projects. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between external enterprise clients, software development teams, and psychometricians to ensure high-stakes online tests run seamlessly, on schedule, and in compliance with data privacy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define competency frameworks and configure online psychometric test batteries based on client needs

• Manage bulk candidate uploads, dispatch assessment invites, track completion, and generate assessment reports

• Lead project kick-offs, present assessment findings to client users, and conduct live platform demos

• Coordinate across internal teams to align on timelines, feature updates, and customized proposals

• Oversee junior team members on project logistics and support senior consultants as needed

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a reputable university

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR/Management Consultancy or a corporate TA team managing online assessment engines/vendor tools

• Proven client-facing or internal stakeholder management experience

• Strong familiarity with psychometric testing, competency mapping, and mass candidate data management

• Tech-oriented mindset with a curiosity for learning software features

• Good conversational English and strong presentation skills
