About the role

Provide Japanese–Indonesian interpretation, including during internal meetings, discussions, and online meetings with Japan. Support communication and coordination between Japanese management and local teams, and assist in avoiding misunderstandings caused by language or cultural differences.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide Japanese–Indonesian interpretation between Japanese and Indonesian employees

• Interpret during internal meetings and discussions

• Support online meetings with Japan, including real-time interpretation when required

• Translate work-related documents and internal communications when necessary

• Support communication and coordination between Japanese management and local teams

• Assist Japanese and local employees in avoiding misunderstandings caused by language or cultural differences

• Take on a broader coordination role as experience develops

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree

• Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or above

• Similar working experience in interpretation during meetings, including online meetings with Japan side, or assisting Japanese people

• Able to read KANJI

• Has experiences or study in Japan highly preferred
