IT Senior Engineer

Job Description

• Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of PACS infrastructure, including servers, storage, workstations, and network.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure for AI products, covering compute/VM, storage, networking, security, backup, and monitoring.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for server, hardware, network, cloud, and connectivity issues according to SLA.
• Support project implementation through site survey, technical assessment, installation, testing, commissioning, and Go-Live.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers, AI Engineers, Sales, vendors/principals, and customers to ensure reliable and optimal infrastructure performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum S1 in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Server, Network, Hardware, or Cloud.
• Good understanding of server, storage, networking, virtualization, Windows Server, and basic Linux.
• Familiar with Cloud Computing and at least one platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; knowledge of PACS/DICOM and basic AI infrastructure (CPU/GPU, API, deployment) is a plus.
