IT Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives

• Identify, develop, and maintain a qualified customer and project pipeline

• Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customers

• Proactively follow up on opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery of customized solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Informatics Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in IT solutions/business solutions

• Experience handling government clients is preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Target-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team

• High level of integrity, commitment, and responsibility

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
