About the role

Develop and implement cybersecurity awareness programs for employees, customers, and third parties. Deliver security awareness training, workshops, and educational sessions for large audiences (100+ participants). Simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for non-technical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity awareness programs for employees, customers, and third parties

• Deliver security awareness training, workshops, and educational sessions for large audiences (100+ participants)

• Create engaging training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, e-learning modules, video scripts, posters, newsletters, and microlearning content

• Design creative cybersecurity awareness campaigns covering phishing, social engineering, data protection, and information security best practices

• Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor campaign engagement, and prepare periodic reports

• Continuously improve awareness programs based on emerging cyber threats and organizational needs

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• 4–7 years of experience in IT Security/Information Security, preferably in the banking industry

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity training or security awareness programs

• Proven experience developing awareness programs and delivering training for 100+ participants

• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and content development skills

• Creative in designing engaging cybersecurity campaigns for non-technical audiences

• A portfolio of training materials or recorded training sessions is an advantage

• CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 certification is preferred
