IT Application Support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for internal business applications.

• Develop new applications and enhance existing systems.

• Analyze user requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.

• Perform application implementation, testing, and documentation.

• Support ERP system integration and development.

• Ensure all development activities follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Application Support, IT Functional, or Software Developer.

• Strong understanding of ERP Systems, SQL, and MySQL.

• Ability to develop ERP applications from scratch (end-to-end application development).

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above.

• Willing to be based in Dukuh Pakis, West Surabaya.
