Iso / Audit Internal / Social Compliance - Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, HSE, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, Social Compliance, or Management Systems, preferably in manufacturing.

3. Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015, GMP, QSA, and FQA.

4. Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BSCI, and SMETA is an advantage.

5. Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

6. Detail-oriented in reviewing documents, procedures, and safety standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits.

2. Conduct routine audits and field inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

3. Lead and coordinate ISO, QSA, FQA, and social compliance audits.

4. Monitor operational activities and identify potential risks and non-compliance.

5. Maintain and manage audit documentation and records.

6. Develop, monitor, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA).

7. Ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively and support continuous improvement.
