Inventory Planner

About the role

This role involves monitoring and coordinating material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plans. You will maintain and improve systems, processes and workflow to maximize accurate inventory records, check and ensure completeness and consistency of purchase orders, contracts and shipping lists for the entire inventory process, and track orders and investigate problems. You will ensure the whole supply chain is in order to smoothen operations, maintain inventory levels as per forecast on a monthly basis, and ensure safety stock levels to prevent any shortage issues. You will generate reports of Forecast vs actual order as feedback to the commercial team to provide agreed material purchase plans on a monthly basis.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field

• 3–4 years in inventory planning, material planning, or supply chain management (manufacturing background preferred)

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forecasting)

• Familiarity with demand planning and forecasting techniques

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with clear communication, attention to detail, and effective cross-team collaboration

• Able to speak English for business level

• Familiar with high SKU management
