Internal Control Staff

Brief Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily reviews of teller, customer service, and back-office transactions to ensure they comply with applicable procedures and internal policies.

• Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, including customer account opening documentation and customer data completeness.

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, including customer data updates and monitoring.

• Support anti-fraud initiatives, follow up on suspicious transactions identified through the Fraud Detection System (FDS), and promptly report suspected fraud incidents.

• Monitor branch compliance with regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education is Bachelor's Degree, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Preferably, having experience working in banking operations.

• Good understanding of KYC, CDD, EDD, AML/CFT, and applicable banking regulations is preferred.

• Good basic knowledge of banking regulatory report.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
