Internal Auditor Specialist

Job Description

• Conduct internal audits (operational, financial, and compliance)

• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans

• Evaluate production, inventory, and supply chain processes

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations (HACCP, GMP, BPOM, Halal)

• Identify risks and provide improvement recommendations

• Prepare audit reports and monitor followups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Management / Industrial Engineering

• 3–5 years experience in Internal Audit (FMCG / food industry)

• Strong understanding of audit, costing, and inventory control

• Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 (preferred)

• Proficient in Excel / data analysis & ERP (SAP/Oracle)

• Analytical, detail-oriented, high integrity, and good communication

• Willing to be assigned and rotated across all company branches (Cikarang & Pati)
