Internal Audit Staff - F&B

Responsibilities:

• Conduct stock opname and inventory audits at restaurant outlets and central kitchen.

• Perform financial audits covering Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Revenue, Expenses, and Assets.

• Conduct transaction testing, data analysis, and identify discrepancies or potential irregularities.

• Evaluate internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Analyze audit findings and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant departments.

• Conduct regular store visits for audit, assessment, and operational compliance purposes.

• Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for improvement.

• Coordinate with related departments to ensure inventory accuracy, financial accuracy, and operational compliance.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Internal Audit, Operational Audit, or Financial Audit.

• Understand accounting principles, financial statements, and audit procedures.

• Familiar with financial audit processes, including AP, AR, GL, Revenue, Expenses, and Assets.

• Have knowledge of inventory control, stock opname, and internal control procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, honest, and responsible.

• Have good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to conduct regular store visits and business trips when required.
