Internal Audit Staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across departments and business units.

• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems, SOP implementation, and company policies.

• Identify operational risks, control gaps, inefficiencies, and potential fraud within business processes.

• Perform audit fieldwork, including data analysis, document review, stock opname, and interviews with related departments.

• Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations for process improvements.

• Monitor and follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented properly.

• Assist in developing annual audit plans and audit programs based on risk assessment.

• Ensure company operations comply with internal policies, regulations, and applicable standards.

• Support investigations related to operational irregularities or suspected violations when required.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and Production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of internal control, risk management, and audit procedures.

• Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and audit documentation.

• Willing to travel for branch/factory audits if needed.

• Strong integrity, communication, and reporting skills.

• Fluent in English is a must (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).

• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
