Infrastructure Manager

• Lead and manage all on-site infrastructure and construction activities for the Pig Farm development project.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure project execution is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Supervise civil, structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), utility, road access, drainage, and supporting infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, identify project risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, company standards, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure all work meets project requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports, including schedule, budget, and site performance updates.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure project readiness for handover and operational use.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, safety, quality, and overall site performance.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Management, Site Management, Infrastructure Management, or Project Management.
• Proven experience managing greenfield construction projects or large-scale infrastructure development.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, agribusiness, livestock, warehouse, feed mill, or food processing projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and HSE standards.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and multiple project stakeholders.
• Willing to be based full-time in Bali and work in a project site environment.
• HSE/K3 or Project Management certification is an advantage.
