Industrial Relations Business Partner

About the role

The chosen candidate will act as DNX Indonesia Business Partner by providing practical and compliant employee and industrial relations support to management and operational sites. The role includes application of Indonesian employment law, Company Regulations and HR policies; manages employee relations cases, disciplinary and grievance processes; and partners with leaders to promote industrial harmony.

Key responsibilities

• Application of Indonesian employment law, Company Regulations and HR policies

• Manage employee relations cases

• Handle disciplinary and grievance processes

• Partner with leaders to promote industrial harmony

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Law, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Management or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations, preferably in mining, mining services, manufacturing or other operational environments

• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian labor and employment legislation and practical experience handling employee relations cases

• Microsoft Office Intermediate to Advanced Level

• English proficiency, both written and verbal

• Willing to be placed in all DNX Indonesia area site as needed
