About the role

A pharmaceutical company is seeking a pharmacist to join the team. The role involves studying and understanding the company's product lines, providing product information and education to consumers, managing product handling and storage in compliance with regulations, and supporting basic health services for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Study and understand the company's entire product line, including composition, benefits, usage rules, and other important information

• Provide product information and education to consumers through social media and directly, and handle product-related inquiries

• Prepare educational materials, provide product training to the sales team, and deliver presentations and product education at seminars or company events

• Ensure product management and storage, documentation, and promotional information and materials comply with BPOM regulations and other relevant authorities

• Ensure product handling and destruction are carried out according to applicable procedures and regulations

• Provide basic health support to employees in accordance with professional competence and authority

• Handle permits related to the pharmaceutical industry

About you

• Must be a graduate of the Pharmacist Profession program

• Must have an active STRA (Pharmacist Registration Certificate) as required

• Have basic knowledge in pharmacy and health products

• Willing to learn and understand the company's entire product line

• Have good communication, presentation, and education skills

• Able to explain product information clearly and in an easily understood manner

• Meticulous in checking documents, managing product information, and making reports

• Able to work well with the team and have good coordination skills

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, health products, product management, or pharmaceutical industry regulation is a plus
