About the role

PT NHI is seeking a Pharmacist who is detail-oriented, communicative, and interested in health products, product management, and regulatory compliance to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Study and understand the entire product line of the company, including composition, benefits, usage rules, and other important information

• Provide product information and education to consumers through social media and directly, and handle product-related inquiries

• Prepare educational materials, provide product training to the sales team, and deliver presentations and product education in seminars or company activities

• Ensure product management and storage, documentation, and product information and promotional materials comply with applicable BPOM regulations and other competent authorities

• Ensure product handling and destruction are carried out in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations

• Provide basic health support to employees in accordance with professional competence and authority

About you

• Must be a graduate of the Pharmacist Profession program

• Must have an active STRA in accordance with applicable requirements

• Have basic knowledge in pharmacy and health products

• Willing to learn and understand the entire product line of the company

• Have good communication, presentation, and education skills

• Able to explain product information in clear and easy-to-understand language

• Detail-oriented in checking documents, managing product information, and making reports

• Able to work with the team and have good coordination skills

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, health products, product management, or regulation is an added value

• Mandarin language skills will be prioritized
